Accounting duties

  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices and issuing payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily banking tasks.
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and client data.

Administrative duties

  • Manage general office operations, including supplies and facilities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide support for office-related projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SQL
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
