Accounts and Admin Assistant

Accounting duties
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices and issuing payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily banking tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense reports.
- Maintain and organize financial records and client data.
Administrative duties
- Manage general office operations, including supplies and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide support for office-related projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SQL
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
