Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Set up purchase requests for the demands of the IT organization (HW, SW licenses, Cloud, Professional Services) with all necessary data in the Purchase Requisition Approval Workflow, and monitor the approval workflow
- Verify supplier offers in terms of validity date, correct contract reference, and related master data, such as supplier address or delivery address
- Derive order parameters like accounting type, such as project and operations
- Verify and approve invoices, goods/services receipts, and claims in the correct invoices
- Responsible for verifying whether the purchase order covers the invoice amount and initiating an increase in purchase value if required
- Prepare and analyze order and budget reports
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations, or any relevant equivalent field
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SAP
- Able to produce quality and focus on completion
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented
- Fluent in English in both written and verbal form
