Job Description

-Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.

-Handle email and phone correspondence, prepare notices, letters, and official documents.

-Coordinate classroom usage, schedules, and teaching equipment.

-Assist with academic administration including attendance tracking, timetable updates, and exam arrangements.

-Provide student services such as enrollment support, registration processing, and handling student queries.

-Maintain communication with students and parents regarding schedules, policies, and updates.

-Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and arranging consultations.

-Prepare invoices, receipts, and student-related documents when needed.

-Support lecturers with administrative requirements and classroom preparations.

-Assist in academy events, workshops, exhibitions, and student activities.

Requirements -Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Management, Education, or related fields.

-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

-Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

-Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: Half day 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Sunday: Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
