Responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging insurance coverage and provide general administrative support on insurance-related matters.
  • Prepare quotations, policy documents, and invoices for clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients and relevant departments on premium payments and policy renewals.
  • Ensure that policy records, endorsements, and documents are updated and properly filed.
  • Liaise with supervisors, heads of department (HODs), and insurance companies on insurance-related matters.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and correspondence from internal and external insured parties professionally.
  • Assist with claims documentation and liaise with insurers.
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
