Job Overview

You will perform day-to-day receiving, inventory control, picking/packing and shipping for sterile and temperature-sensitive stents and balloon catheters. Working inside a Class C controlled warehouse that is audited to ISO 13485 & GDPMD, you will keep SAP/WMS stock records 100 % accurate so that life-saving devices reach hospitals OTIF (on-time-in-full). This role is ideal for detail-oriented self-starters who enjoy hands-on work and aspire to build a career in medical-device supply chains.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with sales team for customer orders
  • Communicate proactively on product availability and potential issues with customers/ distributors.
  • Maintain high compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Ensure accurate order process, order confirmation with fully compliance with regulatory requirement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Assist in internal / external audits (e.g. ISO 13485, MOH MDA).
  • Follow and renew distributorship agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Relations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Sales/Marketing, Finance, Production and vendors to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain / Logistics.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Basic SAP or other WMS; good MS Excel skills.
  • English & Bahasa Malaysia essential; Mandarin a plus.
  • Willing to work shifts / OT & follow strict GMP documentation.
