Job Description:

We are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the organization's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting operational efficiency while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

  • Supplier Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.

  • Cost & Budget Management

  • Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control.

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Prepare reports on procurement spend and savings.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage procurement risks, including supply disruptions and contract disputes.

  • Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the procurement team.

  • Set performance objectives and conduct evaluations.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular procurement reports to senior management.

  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OA & SAP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, aiding communication with China-based colleagues.
