We're looking for a
Fashion Content Creator

to join our growing team at
Batik by Kala

), an in-house batik clothing brand under HighGround. This role focuses on content excellence for our social media to support the brand's continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Be the face of our organic content — try-ons, styling videos, outfit ideas, trend adaptations, and showcasing new drops.
  • Create scroll-stopping TikToks and Reels by involving in concept → script → film → edit → publish.
  • Keep up with fashion and social media trends, turning them into fresh, brand-relevant content for Batik by Kala.
  • Experiment with new formats to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Work with the team to support campaign launches and offline activities as the brand scales.

What We're Looking For

  • You genuinely enjoy fashion, styling, and beauty content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense (angles, lighting, mood, colours).
  • A content creator at heart — creating/filming/editing excites you, and comfortable in front of camera.
  • Creative, fast, responsible & independent.
  • Good language and writing proficiency in English (Malay and/or Chinese is a bonus).
  • Willingness to learn and communicate with the team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
  • Proficient in content creation software like Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.

  • Expected salary: 3.5k - 6.5k MYR monthly (depending on experience)
