Pengenalan Syarikat

Kami ialah sebuah syarikat tanaman hiasan dan baja premium yang sedang membangunkan jenama khusus untuk pasaran Melayu di Malaysia. Kami mencari individu yang kreatif, petah, dan memahami trend semasa untuk menghasilkan kandungan menarik—terutamanya di TikTok—bagi mengembangkan komuniti pencinta tanaman.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Merancang, merakam dan menghasilkan 10–15 video pendek setiap hari yang relevan untuk TikTok & Reels.
  • Mencipta kandungan berkaitan tanaman seperti:
  • cara penjagaan pokok,
  • demo penggunaan baja,
  • before/after,
  • tips untuk beginner,
  • review produk,
  • video fun & trending.
  • Menggunakan aplikasi seperti CapCut / TikTok Editor untuk menyunting video secara cepat dan menarik.
  • Mengikuti dan menyesuaikan trend TikTok, audio viral, dan gaya content terkini.
  • Selesa bercakap di hadapan kamera.
  • Membina komuniti aktif melalui engagement (komen, Q&A).
  • Menganalisis prestasi video melalui TikTok Analytics dan mencadangkan idea penambahbaikan.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran untuk memastikan mesej jenama konsisten dan sesuai untuk pasaran Melayu.
  • Menghasilkan kandungan yang meningkatkan jualan melalui TikTok Shop.

Kelayakan

  • Sekurang-kurangnya 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai content creator / social media creator / videographer.
  • Mahir dalam rakaman & penyuntingan video menggunakan telefon.
  • Kreatif, mempunyai idea segar & peka terhadap trend semasa.
  • Selesa bercakap di hadapan kamera dan mempunyai personaliti yang ceria.
  • Faham asas algoritma TikTok, media sosial, pemasaran dan branding.
  • Bonus jika minat tanaman atau pernah buat content berkaitan tanaman.
  • Berdikari, mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran pantas dan menyiapkan banyak content setiap hari.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu (wajib).
