About Our Client:
Our client is a leading FinTech payment service provider, bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital assets.

The ideal Senior Product Designer will demonstrate a strong grasp of design principles, user research methodologies, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to deliver high-impact, visually compelling products. Talents with previous experience focusing on FinTech or Web3 will be highly valued

This is an on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. Only talents with pre-existing work authorization in Malaysia will be considered, as our client is currently unable to offer Employment Pass (EP) sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create foundational design artifacts: user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes, maintaining visual consistency using Figma's design system.
  • Develop interactive prototypes, conduct thorough usability testing, and iteratively refine designs based on actionable user feedback.
  • Conduct user research and detailed analysis of user behavior to inform and enhance product design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring design work aligns with business objectives and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Plan and run design thinking workshops for brainstorming, ideation, and creating UX artifacts for product scoping and planning.
  • Stay current with industry trends, drive design innovation, and contribute positively to the company's overall design culture.

Qualifications:

  • A portfolio is mandatory—please ensure a link is attached to your CV to showcase your work.
  • 5-7 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or ProtoPie.
  • Expertise in utilizing Figma design system components to ensure a consistent visual language and cohesive UX across all platforms.
