What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, tactical initiatives, in-store POP, and creative materials.
  2. Manage and coordinate marketing executives, designers, and agency partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time, accurately, and to a high standard.
  3. Serve as the key coordinator between marketing, operations, merchandising, retail teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  4. Ensure effective management of campaign schedules, SOPs, documentation, and store briefing processes.
  5. Lead public relations activities, including media engagement, press releases, event coordination, and influencer partnerships.
  6. Track and assess campaign performance across digital platforms and prepare regular performance reports.
  7. Conduct store visits to monitor brand consistency, compliance, and quality of execution.
  8. Support the planning and development of content for social media, short-form videos, and digital marketing assets.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in product and brand marketing; experience in retail marketing is an added advantage.
  3. Experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns for retail, including in-store promotions, tactical initiatives, and digital platforms.
  4. Experience leading marketing teams and working closely with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns successfully.
  5. Knowledge of PR activities, media relations, events, or influencer partnerships is preferred.
  6. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  7. Well-organized, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Creative, proactive, and knowledgeable in brand management and retail marketing.
