Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth (leads generation), strengthen brand presence, and boost customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a proactive, data-driven, and creative leader capable of managing the company's social media channels; TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (XHS) to generate leads, optimize online sales performance, and enhance overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Create and manage content and campaigns that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, online traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Lead and manage the company's social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Plan, execute, and monitor TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads, including creative development, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget.
Develop impactful content strategies such as video, storytelling, and visual that strengthen brand visibility and connection with target audiences.
Analyze social media performance and campaign results, demonstrating familiarity with key performance metrics such as GMV and GMX to assess marketing effectiveness.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors to ensure campaigns remain innovative and impactful.
Livestreaming Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house livestreaming sessions to promote products, increase engagement, and boost sales.
Develop strategies to grow livestream viewership, conversion rates, and customer interaction.
Recruit, train, and manage livestream hosts to ensure strong product knowledge and engaging presentation skills.
Analyze livestream performance metrics and continuously improve strategies based on data insights.
Produce detailed livestream performance and sales reports for management review.
Campaign Development & Performance
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, and collaborations.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness to ensure efficient use of marketing budgets and resources.
Track campaign performance, sales impact, and customer engagement to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare sales and marketing forecasts, reports, and to support business planning.
Market Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.
Use data insights to refine marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new growth opportunities.
Measure campaign ROI and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Brand Management & Customer Experience
Enhance customer acquisition and retention by aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to improve the customer experience.
Lead efforts to reinforce company and product brand planning, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, with proven results in sales growth and lead generation.
Strong Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads.
Familiar with XiaoHongShu (XHS) marketing is highly preferred.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking dashboards.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content marketing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Able to work in team and independently with minimum supervision.
