Role Purpose
Lead brand, digital, and field marketing initiatives to strengthen Agroz's market position in sustainable agriculture. Drive awareness, demand generation, and partner engagement across retail, HORECA, and corporate segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth and sales objectives.
- Manage Agroz brand positioning across produce, vertical farming, and sustainability product lines.
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR, events, partnerships, and in-store activations).
- Oversee content creation, including social media, website, newsletters, and investor communications.
- Work closely with Sales to develop marketing materials and lead-generation programs.
- Coordinate corporate sampling, in-store displays, and seasonal promotions with retailers and distributors.
- Track performance through marketing dashboards, analyzing ROI, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners.
- Support ESG storytelling and investor communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing within F&B, FMCG, or agriculture.
- Strong digital marketing and brand management skills.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end (concept to performance review).
- Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is a plus.
