Agency Liaison Executive / B2B Partnership Executive

Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Liaison professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with other employment agencies. In this role, you will be the key link between our agency and our network of partner agencies. Your primary goal is to promote our specialized candidate pool or services, secure job orders, and foster mutually beneficial relationships that drive placement volume and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new partner employment agencies across Malaysia to expand our network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner agencies, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance, address challenges, and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and forge new connections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
