  • Assist the export team with order processing, including order confirmation and submission, shipment planning, and coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to the customers.
  • Handle customs clearance, permits, duty exemptions; ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and incoterms; coordinate with government bodies for legal / regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams (production, procurement, account & warehouse) and external parties (freight forwarders, agents, customers). Track shipment status; follow up to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
  • Attend to the authorized department (FMM, MITI, CUSTOM & etc) to submit the related documents
  • Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., Import & export-oriented companies) is advantageous.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assign by management from time to time.
