We're looking for an
Assistant Manager, Procurement Services
to support our multi-market procurement operations. If you're hands-on with
eRFX
, strong in
contract governance
, and comfortable running procurement processes in a fast-paced shared services environment, this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Contract Management

  • Maintain contract repository, track renewals, and ensure proper governance.
  • Support contract drafting, review, workflow routing, and e-signature.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance for audits.

e-Sourcing / eRFX Operations

  • Run end-to-end RFQ / RFP / RFI events on Coupa/Ariba/SAP/Oracle.
  • Set up eRFX events, manage supplier queries, and consolidate bid evaluations.
  • Ensure transparency, auditability, and policy compliance.

Procurement Operations

  • Provide day-to-day support across PR/PO, procurement workflows, and stakeholder requests.
  • Deliver Level 0 support on procurement systems (Coupa / CSP).
  • Support new LBU onboarding, process enhancements, and SOP updates.

Reporting & Governance

  • Track SLAs and KPIs; prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Support audits, resolve operational issues, and escalate system/policy gaps.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
  • 5+ years
    in procurement or sourcing (GBS/SSC experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    eRFX
    and Source-to-Pay tools.
  • Familiarity with
    ERP / Procurement systems
    (Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of P2P processes and procurement policies.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize well, and thrive under pressure.
