  • Provide strong leadership to the Quality Unit, ensuring the team is trained, competent, and motivated to deliver exceptional standards.

  • Oversee regulatory compliance activities to maintain and expand product licenses, including oversight of audits, inspections, and documentation.

  • Ensure all sampling, testing, and documentation of materials and products are performed in accordance with Haleon standards and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with site and corporate stakeholders to enhance site maturity, compliance readiness, and overall operational excellence.

  • Manage and resolve quality-related issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring root cause identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

  • Drive and support change initiatives — across people, processes, and technologies — that improve quality systems and strengthen performance across the site.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise That Matter Most

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or food industry environment.

  • Strong background in GMP/GDP and Quality Systems management.

  • Knowledge of FDA, EU, and ICH quality requirements and inspection processes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
