We are looking for a SEO expertise to lead our search strategy and shape our organic performance. This role is ideal for candidates who want to specialise in SEO while also expanding their skill set through email automation and CRM marketing.

This is a strategic, high-impact position where your SEO work directly influences the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company's SEO roadmap (technical, on-page, content optimisation).
  • Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, topic mapping, and content planning.
  • Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, page speed, indexing issues, schema, mobile readiness).
  • Optimise blogs, landing pages, and internal linking to drive organic growth.
  • Work with external developers/vendors to implement SEO improvements (no coding required).
  • Monitor organic performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Produce monthly insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Work with the marketing team to align email content with SEO-driven topics and campaigns.
  • Build and execute targeted email campaigns to support lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Manage segmentation, contact list hygiene, and automated email journeys.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc. work related to the Marketing Department assigned from the manager.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical + on-page).
  • Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to developers/vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience running email campaigns or marketing automation (training provided).
