SEO Specialist

Role Overview:

As an SEO Specialist at IUX, you will play a key role in driving online visibility and supporting lead generation strategies. You will contribute directly to business growth by optimizing performance across search platforms, improving content visibility, and elevating brand presence — making you an essential part of the IUX digital success.

What You'll Be Doing

SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and visibility across our website and blog.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with our customer personas.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, internal links, image alt text, and URL structure.
• Manage and improve technical SEO aspects including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl ability, and indexing.
• Plan and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve keyword rankings.

Content Optimization & Development

• Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and white papers.
• Advise internal teams, work together with them, and synthesize their comments in order to promote technical SEO best practices.
• Update and optimize existing content by refining keyword usage, improving structure, and enhancing visuals.
• Leverage schema markup and structured data to increase search result richness and visibility.
• Identify and develop cornerstone content for key Financial-related topics to establish thought leadership.
• Stay updated on Financial industry trends to uncover new opportunities for organic content growth.
• Configuration and setup of the WordPress website and its plugins. Any other job that the supervisor may legitimately assign.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular website and content audits to uncover technical or content-related SEO issues.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to drive SEO strategy.
• Run A/B tests for meta descriptions, blog layouts, and CTAs to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferably someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in SEO or a related role, ideally from the Finance or Fintech industry.
• Ample knowledge of (skill with) Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools.
• Proven experience with technical SEO elements: sitemaps, crawl budgets, canonical tags, metadata, , and site performance optimization.
• Familiarity with back-end SEO principles and website structure optimization.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress for content updates, troubleshooting, and technical fixes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to evaluate SEO performance and make data-backed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused, and committed to high standards.
