Aircond Sales Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- To expand Residential Air-Cond (RAC) in Malaysia and increase market share
- RAC new Air-cond Specialist (ACS) channel and scheme development
- Responsible of growing project sales business focusing in promoting and marketing with technical Residential Air Conditioning products.
- RAC range product and sales planning and controlling: development of product strategy, constant monitoring of sales volume, market share development and controlling of product expenses. Establish and initiate measures and actions of improvements to increase project registration
- To promote the brand image of air conditioner to become leading choice of Malaysian consumer
- Analyze market and competitive information: permanent market and competitive monitoring, product benchmarking, analysis of customer requirements and benefits and identification of trends
- Knowledge of installation and maintenance of diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- An advanced Diploma or degree in engineering or technology-related field is preferred
- 5 years sales experience in business development and project sales in Air Conditioning and know the Air Conditioner industry (AC Specialist) is highly preferred
- Able to travel nationwide to support customers, dealers and ACS
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate proven sales track records with minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good Microsoft Office skills
