Responsibilities:

  • To promote and sell simple Takaful Insurance products, aided by leads from other bank staff and customer database
  • To follow up diligently on all referrals and converts to sales
  • To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
  • Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities
  • To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop existing clients base through cross sell and up sell initiative
  • Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
  • To fully comply with all Company standards of operation and regulatory requirements
  • To fully comply with the Company requirements for the use of technology and recording keeping (e.g. customer contact) and outcomes
  • At all times, present a professional image representing the company

Requirements:

  • Posses recognized Degree or Diploma qualification in any field
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Must possess TBE (for Takaful Specialist) license
  • Able to travel
