Bancassurance Specialist

This role is primarily focusing on providing comprehensive need-based bancassurance advisory according to client's needs. Client focus & well verse with conventional and takaful insurance products in the market is critical for this role.

The successful candidate is accountable for the performance of their portfolio by driving relevant Bancassurance sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities. Delivering service excellence is expected. Upholding to OCBC Values is expected. Hence, understanding and adhering to the sales governance & compliance requirement are critical in maintaining the level of integrity required by OCBC.

Job Requirements

  • Minimally degree in any field, prefer relevant industries.
  • PCE and CEILLI qualifications are required.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant insurance sales.
  • Strong commitment to drive for sales target.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all parties.
  • Team player, performance driven and mobile in area of services.
  • A good proven track record.
