Senior Infrastructure Strategy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Infrastructure Strategy Specialist to lead the development and execution of long-term infrastructure strategies that support business growth, innovation, and operational resilience. You will act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, shaping the future of our technology landscape across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

About the Job

• Lead strategic assessments of existing IT infrastructure, identifying optimization opportunities across data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Drive the formulation of multi-year infrastructure roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Provide expert guidance on cloud transformation, hybrid infrastructure design, and scalability planning.
• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, finance, and business leaders to ensure infrastructure initiatives are well-integrated, cost-effective, and aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate and recommend vendor platforms and solutions, overseeing due diligence, RFPs, and contract negotiations as needed. Monitor technology trends and regulatory developments to assess their impact on infrastructure strategy.
• Build robust business cases, including ROI, TCO, and risk analyses, to support strategic investments.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

We are looking for people who

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, architecture, or technology strategy roles.
• Proven experience leading strategic infrastructure transformation or modernization initiatives in complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center infrastructure, enterprise networking, and hybrid environments. Possess analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sustainability/green IT initiatives or infrastructure cost optimization strategies.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
