Infrastructure Specialist (Network)

Location: Bandar Utama

Salary: Up to RM6,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid Work Arrangement

We are seeking a skilled
Infrastructure Specialist (Network)
to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert, ensuring our infrastructure and network systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in infrastructure and network project management, providing expert recommendations aligned with business and IT strategies.
  • Design, implement, configure, and upgrade network and infrastructure systems, including O365, VMware, SAN storage, firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Conduct regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance checks to ensure system stability and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage IT assets, user accounts, scheduler jobs, backup, and replication processes.
  • Perform vulnerability scans, apply security patches, and drive remediation efforts to strengthen system security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and review IT documentation, policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network support.
  • Strong knowledge of network systems, infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies (O365, Azure, VMware).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive professional with high integrity and strong problem-solving skills.
