About the Role

Join our client (a reputable international bank) and kick-start a stable, high-growth career in financial advisory.

This role focuses on helping customers plan for their future and connecting them with suitable financial protection solutions offered by the bank.

No door-to-door sales. No street sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and introduce suitable bank financial protection plans (bancassurance products).
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct prospecting and outreach activities to acquire potential customers.
  • Participate in bank events, roadshows, and marketing activities.
  • Build long-term relationships to support up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Provide clear financial guidance and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with 5 passes including BM.
  • Experience in sales or banking is an advantage (higher package may be offered).
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply — full training provided.
  • Finance-related graduates are welcomed for a fast-track banking career.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
  • Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
