About the role

Join Web Masters Technologies Sdn Bhd as a Software Implementation Support professional based in Kuala Lumpur and Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and implementation services for our cutting-edge software solutions to clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their software requirements and provide tailored implementation support
  2. Conduct software demonstration, installation, configuration, and testing to ensure seamless integration with client systems
  3. Provide comprehensive user training and documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of our software
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs reported by clients in a timely manner
  5. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and support activities
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software by providing feedback and suggestions
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your technical expertise

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role
  3. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and implementation methodologies
  4. Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and software tools commonly used in the industry
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
