Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts.
- Learn and sell multiple SaaS (cloud) products across domains such as CRM, Collaboration, and HR.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Conduct meaningful conversations with customers, demonstrating deep product and domain knowledge.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
- Work closely with technical consultants and sales teams for account expansion.
- Manage account renewals and retention, proactively addressing potential churn risks.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure timely responses to product demonstrations and pre-sales inquiries.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
Requirements
- Diploma and above in Business, Information Systems, IT Applications Development, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS/software sales or B2B account management.
- Strong proficiency in English and the local language.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and align solutions effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Remuneration will be based on experience and capability.
