General Accounts Clerk

JOB SCOPE:
- Recording of driver's daily deliveries made (data entry)
- Sorting & Filling of documentations in a neat and easily identifiable order
- Check missing documents with sales team / customers / suppliers and rectify issues
- Check overdue payment & chase payment
- Send SOA monthly to customers
- Request & Print Supplier's SOA or invoices from Suppliers
- Create vendor payment
- Scanning / Filling up forms
- Any other adhoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM
- Any experience in office / accounts administrative tasks would be a bonus
- Meticulous, tidy, and focused during working hours
- Require minimal supervision
