Job Description:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distribution.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and regularly conducting stock count.
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and costing reduce.
  • Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the logistics and transportation, to ensure on time delivery of goods to outlets and customer.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to superior on warehouse performance and any issues or concerns
  • Willing to assist any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics role.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Proficient in using WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate accurate inventory and stock movement reports.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to optimise warehouse operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
