Account and Tax Assistant

Responsibilities :

  • Provide day-to-day assistance and support for accounting and tax services to company clients
  • Participate in all financial functions within the company, including accounting, administrative, management, tax, payroll…etc
  • Handle full set of accounting records, including update cash book and prepare monthly bank reconciliation for clients.
  • Preparation and submission of income tax computation.
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects of assignments.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Liaise with auditors, secretary and tax consultants (when necessary)
  • Constantly update job knowledge

Requirement :

  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma in accounting
  • Fresh graduate (major in accounting) are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates pursuing any professional qualification from a recognised body MIA, ACCA, CPA & etc) will be added advantage
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, UBS/SQL/AutoCount accounting softwares, Tax Office will be an advantage.
  • Able to demonstrate high degree commitment, responsible, pro-active, diligent, willing to learn and able to collaborate with colleague in a team.
  • Able to speak, read and write English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(for document processing);
  • Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience
