As a Tax Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the tax team to ensure clients' tax compliance and provide value-added advisory services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of tax computations, tax returns and related documents incompliance with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in tax audit, tax investigation, planning, advisory and consultancy assignments.
  • Handling correspondence with tax authorities and clients in relation to tax matters.
  • Conducting research on the latest tax updates, incentives, and guidelines.
  • Supporting audit teams and ensuring smooth coordination with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. LCCI, CAT, ACCA and etc.).
    •
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with tax/audit/accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
    •
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian taxation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, good communication skills and willingness to learn.
