Job Description: Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's brands and support the launch of new products in line with marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare insightful reports to guide business decisions.
  • Manage budgets, monitor sales performance, and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance and professionalism.
  • Represent the company at industry events and continuously stay updated with market and industry developments.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, experience in the lighting industry or related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
