About the role

As a Project Manager at SPK Asas Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Your expertise and strong leadership skills will be essential in driving the project's success and contributing to the company's growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  2. Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  3. Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to address them
  4. Monitoring project progress and performance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
  6. Fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve project goals
  7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementation

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  4. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  5. Proficient in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation
  6. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
  7. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
