POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of multiple IT and digital transformation projects within the organization. This role ensures that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business objectives and compliance standards.

The scope of work includes the implementation of enterprise and customer-facing applications such as Yardi, CRM Loyalty Platform, Mobile Applications, Website Development, Facility Management System, and other assigned technology initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business needs.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors/consultants.

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment of project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.

  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and escalation notes to senior management.

  • Oversee the delivery and integration of multiple technology solutions, ensuring quality and compliance with IT governance.

  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to drive user adoption.
  • Conduct post-implementation review to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with proven track record in delivering enterprise applications and digital solutions.
  • Experience in managing projects such as ERP (Yardi or equivalent), CRM, loyalty platforms, mobile applications, website development, and facility management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
