Project Manager (M&E)

As an experienced Project Manager (M&E) with a strong track record in leading and managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering projects, bring a proven ability to drive the successful delivery of complex M&E projects. With a solid foundation in project leadership, resource allocation, and stakeholder management, have to consistently ensured that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Background in both Mechanical Design and Electrical Engineering equips in high-pressure environments while leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.

Professional Experience

Leadership in M&E Engineering: Led and managed multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale M&E projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of complex projects. Experience spans planning, resource allocation, and budget management, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Comprehensive Engineering Knowledge: With over 8 years of experience in engineering management, including 5 years in Mechanical Design and Engineering, deep technical knowledge of M&E principles, methodologies, and software tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management platforms.

Multilingual & Cross-Cultural Communication: Fluent in Mandarin and English, I have a strong ability to communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and team alignment.

Qualifications & Achievements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in engineering management, with 5 years in a managerial position focused on Mechanical Design and Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and client specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in building services engineering and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within the construction industry.
  • Recognized for leadership, teamwork, and the ability to navigate the challenges of multi-project environments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
