  • Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order, booking and billing reporting mainly for relevant department.
  • Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner
  • Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc.
  • Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements :

  • Possess at least STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experienced sales administrator
  • Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written.
  • Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people
  • Willing to work beyond working hours when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
