Administrative and Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring foreign worker permits, passports, and related documentation renewals.
- Coordinate with government agencies (Immigration, SOCSO, KWSP, MITI, etc.) for necessary applications and compliance
- Assist in coordinating logistics, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
- Handle ad hoc operational matters and problem-solving as needed
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records, correspondences, and reports.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both Malay and English.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
- Able to drive and travel around for office administrative work
- Able to work independently and across teams
- Training and guidance will be provided on the job
