Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring foreign worker permits, passports, and related documentation renewals.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (Immigration, SOCSO, KWSP, MITI, etc.) for necessary applications and compliance
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
  • Handle ad hoc operational matters and problem-solving as needed
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records, correspondences, and reports.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Malay and English.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Able to drive and travel around for office administrative work
  • Able to work independently and across teams
  • Training and guidance will be provided on the job
