Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
  • Help organize office activities and schedule appointment booking.
  • Able to follow up, handle and prepare purchase order, delivery order & invoice.
  • Perform data entry & filing works.
  • Act as intermediate with technicians, vendors and other departments to ensure smoother operations.
  • Sorting, responding and sharing information to all appropriate employees.
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
  • Property inventory checking and updates.
  • Monthly record retrieve and keeping of utility charges for Bukit Raja Division Centre and Port Klang Division Centre 1.
  • Daily recording of Solar Energy generations in Bukit Raja Division Centre and Port Klang Division Centre 1.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or any field.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint
  • Willing to learn, responsibility person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
