Property Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- Help organize office activities and schedule appointment booking.
- Able to follow up, handle and prepare purchase order, delivery order & invoice.
- Perform data entry & filing works.
- Act as intermediate with technicians, vendors and other departments to ensure smoother operations.
- Sorting, responding and sharing information to all appropriate employees.
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
- Property inventory checking and updates.
- Monthly record retrieve and keeping of utility charges for Bukit Raja Division Centre and Port Klang Division Centre 1.
- Daily recording of Solar Energy generations in Bukit Raja Division Centre and Port Klang Division Centre 1.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or any field.
- Required Skills: Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint
- Willing to learn, responsibility person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
