About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Letromec Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Based in Penang, Malaysia, and we have openings in both our Bayan Lepas & Bukit Mertajam office. . As a Sales Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their needs and offering our high-quality industrial equipment and solutions to ensure their satisfaction and our continued success.

What You'll be Doing
  • Identify leads and potential customers.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions through detailed presentations
  • Become a product expert and close deals
  • Re-engage inactive customers
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends , competitor activities.
  • Compile data for sales report
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Candidates with a strong diploma or relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sector. Fresh grads with a keen interest in Automation industry or sales in particular are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and articulate value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling you to understand client challenges and propose effective, customized solutions.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • High motivation and a results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
