ACCOUNT ASSISTANT — MAHIR AUTOCOUNT (KEY-IN DEBIT & CREDIT)

Sidah Group sedang mencari Account Assistant yang teliti, bertanggungjawab dan mahir menggunakan sistem Autocount — khususnya dalam key-in transaksi debit & credit, penyediaan bank reconciliation, serta laporan akaun asas untuk sokongan operasi harian.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB :

  • Key-in transaksi harian (debit & credit) ke dalam sistem Autocount.
  • Menyediakan dan menyemak bank reconciliation secara berkala.
  • Menyusun invois, penyata pembekal dan penyata pelanggan.
  • Membantu penyediaan penyata kewangan asas untuk audit bulanan/quarterly.
  • Menyimpan rekod akaun dan dokumen sokongan dengan teratur.
  • Menyokong proses pembayaran (semak bil, sediakan pembayaran & rekod).
  • Menyediakan laporan ringkas seperti cashflow.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan operasi bagi memastikan rekod kewangan tepat

KRITERIA & KEMAHIRAN :

  • Minimum Diploma (Kewangan / Perakaunan).
  • Mahir & berpengalaman menggunakan Autocount (key-in debit & credit)
  • Faham asas perakaunan: general ledger, balance sheet & bank reconciliation.
  • Mahir Microsoft Excel
  • Teliti, bertanggungjawab & tepati tarikh akhir.
  • Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik & boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.
  • Pengalaman 1–3 tahun dalam persekitaran F&B diberi keutamaan.

KEMAHIRAN TAMBAHAN :

  • Pengetahuan dalam SST / cukai jualan & perkhidmatan.
  • Pengalaman menyediakan dokumen audit.
  • Pengalaman menggunakan sistem akaun lain
