About the role
As an Administrator at JS KINGFISHER SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the manager and other departments as needed
- Handling a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, document organisation, and account basic data entry
- To prepare and submitting monthly EPF, Socso & others for approval.
- Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within retail industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and preferable with own transport
