We are seeking a proactive HR & Administration Assistant to manage HR and administrative functions, and support our sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible work environment.

Job Description

Human Resources:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as confirmation, warning, promotion, and resignation acceptance.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle staff welfare, benefits, and claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing training, company events, and employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and office amenities requisition.
  • Assist in managing office facilities, maintenance, and general upkeep.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping.
  • Provide general clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR and/or administration
  3. Good knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian labour laws will be an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  5. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  6. Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  7. Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
