**HR & Admin Executive**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage entire branch activities including Administration, Operation and Human Resources.
- To oversee and provide leadership to the administrative team. Ensure Sales Orders, Shipment Receipts, Good Returns are processed timely and accurately.
- To ensure system inventory accuracy and assist in reconciliation after stock take.
- To handle all shipment receipts process and documentation including liaising with forwarding agents and supplier representatives.
- Manage Branch procurement functions such as sourcing quotations, compare pricing, and issuing purchase orders.
- Manage Branch company assets and maintenance of equipment and office facilities.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function including recruitment, attendance, leave, overtime & claim.
- Manage the hiring and recruitment process.
- Update medical benefit administration, process petty cash payments and handle reimbursements.
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate with proficiency Microsoft office.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills, able to work independently & copes well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with inter-departments and with external parties.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, BM and Chinese.
- Experience in the FMCG Industry will be an advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
