About the Role
The Sr. Executive / Section Head of the Marketing and Sales department is responsible for soliciting sales to meet corporate sales targets, including marketing and sales objectives. He/She is required to work closely with the Top Management in market development and costing, as well as being responsible for any marketing materials, media and product labelling.

Job Objectives
- Responsible to ensure any marketing materials, media and product labelling are relevant, professional, and compliant to requirements of medical regulatory bodies.
- Build collaborative relationships with hospital/pharmaceutical customers and key distributors to identify unmet portfolio and customer needs for medical devices, as well as to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with the Top management to develop marketing and strategy plans for each product, as well as to support the planning process and opportunity management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, such as Procurement, Material Management and Engineering Development, to evaluate product costing for pricing strategy optimization.
- Provide support to the Top Management in closing deals, such as negotiation process, contract preparation and pricing strategy.
- Act as a window person between customer and internal team in communicating and resolving customer requirements, including customer feedback and satisfactory.
- Ensure relevant documentation are properly maintained for product approvals and certifications.
- Occasional travel to represent the company at events such as trade show, product demo and sales presentation.
- Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Medical Study, or equivalent.
Experience
- Experience in the medical industry, marketing, or marketing-specific responsibilities.
- Working in a sales and marketing-related position in medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Proficiency in the English language is a must, and Chinese is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft applications; Adobe software is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner and good understanding of medical devices manufacturing or the healthcare industry, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Presentable, people person with a friendly personality.
- Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills and experience in performing corporate presentations will be an added advantage.
