Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor frontline customer service quality and provide coaching and follow-up support.
  • Identify and promptly report issues affecting user experience.
  • Develop and maintain quality control systems suitable for outsourced projects.
  • Collaborate closely with training and quality assurance teams to continuously improve processes.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees, including company policies, data security, and service procedures.
  • Establish and optimize training materials and systems.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in KYC operations.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Able to independently organise and complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Diploma or Degree holder is preferred.
