Business Development Executive

Subang Jaya Selangor, Malaysia Ho Lao Logistic Automation Sdn. Bhd. Full time 40,000 - 120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

·       Identify attractive markets and business segments;

·       Generate sales leads through business development in specific industries and/or geographical locations;

·       Qualify the sales leads together with sales team based on criteria of the company;

·       Support sales team to pursue opportunities after qualification;

·       Maintain strong relationship with customers and business partners;

·       Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibition.

Requirements:

·       Degree/Diploma/Certificate holder in Engineering or Business Studies or equivalent;

·       Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity;

·       Experience in logistic automation is an added advantage but it's not essential;

·       Experience in the business of Racking, Material Handling Vehicle, Pallet Supply, 3PL and Shipping is an added advantage but it's not essential;

·       Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (in particular Words, Excel and Power Point);

·       Able to build strong relationship with customers and business partners with sound interpersonal skills;

·       Motivated, proactive, dynamic, customer oriented and team focused;

·       Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral;

·       Organized and methodical;

·       Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule;

·       Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice;

·       Good command in written and spoken English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not essential.

·       Remuneration will commensurate with experience and academic qualifications.
