**Role**:
The Proposal Executive/Engineer will co-ordinate and produce the proposal(RFQ) with the Engineering Team. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

**Experience**:
Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment. The Proposal Executive will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business Admin/ Communications, or equivalent;
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment;

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Develops the Proposal Plan and review the Enquiry Summary, if necessary;
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes;
- Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from engineering, business strategies, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery;

Organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting;
Defines the bid cost structure, with the support of Engineering team;
Manages the interfaces with Partners and Client;
Analyses Contract requirements and conditions;
Assists in bid vendors list definition;
Analyses the cost estimate of materials developed by the Engineer in-charge;
Prepares the bidding documents for the subcontract RFQ’s;
Identifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed, if necessary;
Analyses the cost estimate of internally performed activities developed by the engineer in-charge;
Create the project organization, overall project schedule, overall execution plan, overall resources plan with the support of engineer in-charge;
Submits the proposal to the Client.

- Strong written English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Reporting Line**:
The Proposal Executive will report in to the Head of Engineering, and Business Strategies.
