**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express or service industry, or the related field is required for this position.
- Have a progressive and proven track record of sales success.
- Customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with good initiative.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Courier and logistic sales is an added advantage.
- Can work under pressure.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Dedicated to excellence with a strong work ethic & committed to meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- IT literate. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Posses own transport with valid driving license & willing to travel.
- Flexible and creative; able to adjust operation workings according to situational needs.
- Good skills in networking, energetic and possess good business acumen.
- Good integrity, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with people at all levels.

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- To identify new businesses and target markets, follow up on potential sales opportunities, and gain businesses.
- To conduct aggressive customer visits, meetings, sales blitz activities, and attends sales events.
- To execute sales strategies, convert prospect leads into new accounts, and secure new business opportunities with maximum revenue.
- Attend to customer inquiries/feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Able to manage, retain, and build a strong rapport with existing key accounts.
- Providing superior with regular feedback on the market response, environment, and competitor activity.
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives by developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled and aligned by the marketing department.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines - submit and ensure data is accurate on progress reports.
- Responsible for payment collection from customers and making sure all payments are made on time.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
