Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for partial remote work, for the position of Assistant Manager Finance Account. The Assistant Manager will oversee financial accounts, ensure accurate reporting, manage client accounts, and support key accounting functions. Responsibilities include financial planning, budget management, coordinating with clients, handling sales accounts, and ensuring efficient team collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to manage client relationships and foster business growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and support team members effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools; familiarity with international financial standards is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields is required; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
