Responsibility:

  • Handle & Monitor ISO Documentation
  • Support the activities that contribute to the achievement of company's ESG/Environmental compliance objectives and alignment and alignment strategies
  • Maintain all pertinent and required Quality Management System Certifications (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Lead, plan, coordinate and manage QMS, FSMS & ESH Internal Audit until closure of the findings.
  • Organizing and conduct ESG & ESH Management Review Meeting and prepare the management review reports.
  • Responsible on document control protocol, pertaining on quality, safety and environment; registration and distribution of document.
  • Interface with the legal authorities such as DOSH,DOE, BOMBA and all related government & CB Bodies
  • Conduct environmental audit and safety walk inspections.
  • Conduct ESH training for all workers.
  • Conduct regular risk assessment, HIRADC and aspect impact.

Qualification Requirement:

  • Degree or certificate in related fields
  • At least 3 years related experience
  • Capable to analyse internal and external audit reports
  • Able to conduct Process Audits and prepare audit reports
  • Knowledge of Quality Management software
