Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Merancang, melaksana dan memantau strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan jualan dan brand awareness.
  • Mengurus platform media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, dll) termasuk posting, content planning dan engagement.
  • Mencipta dan mengurus content digital seperti poster, video, copywriting dan promosi.
  • Menjalankan kempen iklan berbayar (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Menganalisa prestasi pemasaran menggunakan data & report (CTR, ROAS, engagement, reach, sales conversion).
  • Bekerjasama dengan team jualan & operasi untuk memastikan kempen berjalan lancar.
  • Merancang strategi promosi (seasonal promo, launch campaign, loyalty campaign).
  • Mengurus database pelanggan dan melaksanakan marketing automation (WhatsApp blast, email marketing, CRM).
  • Mengurus dan memantau reputation brand, termasuk komen pelanggan & customer feedback.
  • Menyediakan laporan pemasaran mingguan & bulanan kepada pengurusan.

Syarat & Kelayakan

  • Min Diploma/Degree dalam Marketing / Business / Multimedia / yang berkaitan.
  • Pengalaman dalam digital marketing & social media management adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Kemahiran design (Canva/Adobe) & video editing asas diutamakan.
  • Mampu menghasilkan copywriting yang menarik & kreatif.
  • Faham strategi pemasaran digital & media sosial semasa.
  • Mampu bekerja secara berdikari, kreatif dan berorientasikan hasil (result-oriented).
